In Step 2, you ask your family members, friends, neighbors or colleagues to join in having their voices heard!

Sharing is not simply sending a message to 100 or even 1,000 contacts, though that can be a great start. To successfully share and inform, you must get confirmations from at least 5 people that they:

(a) have taken time to learn about the problem and
(b) commit to sharing with others and Taking Action!

If you send an email or a text, then follow up by phone. If you make a call, then follow up by email or text. Whatever you chose to do, take time to follow through, so that together we can Save Our Services!

I want to let you know about Save Our Services San José (<a href="htpp://www.sossj.com">SOSsj.com</a>), a public policy advocacy campaign whose mission is to give ordinary residents and businesses in San José power to have their voices heard. San José is facing serious challenges right now; the budget is out of control, City Hall’s priorities don’t match ours, and the services that we pay for and deserve are being slashed. I fear that San José will no longer be a great place to live, work or raise a family. We need to work together to tell City Hall what we want.
